• 1.At first click on Download menu and Download all the forms.
• 2.Fill up the forms

• 3.Get ready with the following documents:

  1. Total Scan File Size Should Not Exceed 2mb
  2. List of puja committee members
  3. Budget copy signed by secretary, puja committee
  4. Previous year permission copy
  5. Application for Procession Licence
  6. Comments/NOC from the chairman/municipality /BDO
  7. Comments/NOC from officer-in-Charge,fire station
  8. Comments / NOC from local WBSEDCL authority
  9. comments / NOC from Land Owner/Porcha
  10. Certificate from local licensed electrician by whom electrification and alternative power arrangement to be done in the puja pandal
• 4.Scan all documents/Take Photograph.
• 5.Click on Online registration menu
• 6.Click on Sign up
• 7.Register your Account.
• 8.SMS will come to your Mobile(user name and password)
• 9.Click on “Already have an account”
• 10.Write down Username and Password and Click on Sign in
• 11.Fill up the form and Submit
• 12.You will receive message time to time.when You get the message that Your application has been approved finally .Then log in again with the id and password and get the final approval letter printed.

১। আপনার User id এবং Password দিয়ে Log-in করুন।
২।Applied Application এ Click করুন।
৩।Club Name এ Click করুন।
৪।Download Final Certificate এ Click করুন।
