- At first click on Download menu and Download all the forms.
- Fill up the forms
- Get ready with the following documents:
- Total Scan File Size Should Not Exceed 2mb
- List of puja committee members
- Budget copy signed by secretary, puja committee
- Previous year permission copy
- Application for Procession Licence
- Comments/NOC from the chairman/municipality /BDO
- Comments/NOC from officer-in-Charge,fire station
- Comments / NOC from local WBSEDCL authority
- comments / NOC from Land Owner/Porcha
- Certificate from local licensed electrician by whom electrification and alternative power arrangement to be done in the puja pandal
- Scan all documents/Take Photograph.
- Click on Online registration menu
- Click on Sign up
- Register your Account.
- SMS will come to your Mobile(user name and password)
- Click on “Already have an account”
- Write down Username and Password and Click on Sign in
- Fill up the form and Submit
- You will receive message time to time.
